In the Fall of 2004 and Winter of 2005, I worked as an Assistant Art Director doing 3-D visualization for the art department on the movie version of the Broadway musical "The Producers" by Mel Brooks and being directed by Susan Strohman. Mark Friedberg was the Production Designer and Peter Rogness was the Art Director. There were two studio sets that they wanted to have visualized in a white model format, 44th St. outside of the Shubert Theatre and a rooftop where Franz keeps his pigeon coop.

In the summer of 2003, I worked with Kenneth Foy in creating a video animation to be used on the Mariah Carey World Tour. This video animation was projected on a screen behind the stage as a backdrop for one of heer songs titled "Clown" and these two clips are a small portion of the overall animation.

In the winter of 2002-03, I worked as an Assistant Art Director doing 3-D visualization for the art department on a remake of the classic "The Stepford Wives" being directed by Frank Oz. Jackson DeGovia was the Production Designer and Peter Rogness was the Art Director. These are renderings of various sets to be constructed in the studio.

In the summer of 2000, I worked with Peter Rogness, Art Director, on a film project that was being pitched to 20th Century/ Fox. The film was to be centered around a telephone booth and was going to be shot on location in New York City. They chose the block of 52nd street between Broadway and Eighth Avenue because it was fairly nondescript and the Art Department could easily add signage, billboards and storefronts as they wished. I measured the entire block with Peter Rogness and drafted up the plans of the city block from those measurements. I then did a computer generated 3-D model of the city block and put in all of the scenic elements and product placement billboards as the Art Department requested. I was then able to do video animations showing them exactly what the camera would see from various camera angles. Two of the views that I showed them were a wide revolve around the phone booth and a high pivot from within the phone booth looking out.

In May of 1998, 1999, & 2000, I worked with Kenneth Foy, Scenic Designer, on three multimedia opera productions for the Houston Grand Opera. Mr. Foy designed an aluminum truss and plexi-glass modular stage with three slide projection screens behind the playing area to project scenic elements on and two large video screens on either side of the stage to show the live action on a large scale. I also took the slide images and created video sequences that could be interspliced with the live action being projected on the video screens. This is a video sequence that was designed for a production of Madame Butterfly and was to lay over the entrance of Madame Butterfly.
